Red bell pepper-1/2
Green bell pepper -1/2
Cashew paste-1table spoon
Kasuri methi-1tea spoon
Onion-1( finely chopped)
Green chili paste-1tea spoon
Ginger garlic paste-1table spoon
Tomato purée-3 number ( grind well) or tinned one
Turmeric powder
Red chili powder
Coriander powder
Jeera powder
Garam masala ( as per your Taste add powders)
Preparation method :

1. In a pressure Cooker, add oil and ghee. Add jeera,finely chopped onion. Sauté till it turns light brown color. Add green chilly paste, ginger and garlic paste. Sauté till raw smell goes.
2. Add all powders, then salt, tomato purée, then wait for 5 mts. Once oil oozes out from tomato add peas, bell peppers, paneer, kasuri methi, cashew paste, milk, 1/2 cup water. Close the lid and pressure cook for 2 whistle. Garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy with Roti, pulav or poori..!!
