Urad dal-1/4th cup
Onion-1
Redchilly-5 
Tamarind-little
Hing
Curry leaves-little
Garlic-1( optional)
Mustard-1/2spoon
1. In a little oil, add urad dal, red chilly. Fry till golden brown in color. Keep aside.
2.same pan add chopped onion, sauté well.
3. Add tamarind and curry leaves. Cool down. 
4. Grind well. Season with mustard and hing. 
Serve with idly, Dosa, and paniyaram.
