Ingredients : paneer 250 gms, condensed milk 200 gms ( half tin), mango puree 2/3 cup, pista cut lengthwise 2 TSP, cardamom optional
Method: Add mango puree in a non stick kadai , keep flame in a medium, stir for two minutes now add grated paneer and condensed milk stir till it thickens, for ten to fifteen mins now pour in greased tin add cardamom powder and decorate with pistas and keep for 2 to 3 hours to cool. Now cut into pieces and serve
