Finely chop 2 tomatos and 2 onions. Keep ready the panneer to cubes of required sizes (Pref 1/2 inch size would be tasty). In a wok, add 2 tablespoon of oil, saute onion and tomato and bring to mashed form. Add ginger-garlic paste to your spicy level. Add turmeric, Kashmiri / Warangal chilly powder, dhaniya and jeera powder and saute in high flame. Sprinkle water to need. Now time to add chopped Panneer and 1 tablespoon of Thick curd and 50 ml of Milk. Add salt to required taste and mix well in high flame. Check the consistency to suit your level. Remove and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with Roti / Pulka / Naan / Pulav....
