Inji Thokku :
Inji - 1/4 kg
Puli - 150 gms
Salt - less than 1/4 azhaakku
Chilli pdr - 1/2 azhaakku
Jaggery - 1/2 azhaakku
Gingelly oil - 1/2 azhaakku.
Method :
Remove all the impurities frm puli nd soak in boiled water fr half an hour.
2 . Clean inji nd slice it.
3 . Grind coarsely nd keep aside.
4 . Now grind the remaining ingredients.
5 . Finally put tge coarsely ground inji nd jus gv one round.
6 . Heat oil nd put this paste , switch off the stove nd mix well.
To retain the colour v shd not keep this in the stove. Jus heat oil nd mix thats all
