Aloo Navabi


1. Ingredients : Potato (Make it to half boil, allow to cool, peel and cut into four pieces and keep aside

2. To Grind : Pattai, Lavang, Elachi, Sombu, Pepper, Jeera, red chilly, dhaniya. Take required quantity, add water and grind to paste and keep aside

3. To Grind : Onion, Coconut, Ginger, Garlic, Green chilly. Take required quantity of your choice, add water and grind to paste and keep aside.

4. Take tomato, make it puree and keep aside.

Method : In a Kadai add oil, shallow fry potatos and keep aside. In the same kadai, add oil and add the 1st grinded masala and cook well. Then add the second grinded masala and stir well. Add water to consistency. Add salt, tomato puree, salt and bring to boil. Now add the shallow fried potatoes, mix well, bring to boil for few minutes and top up with finely chopped coriander leaves... Your Aloo Navabi is ready to serve.
