Masala Gobi

Recipe for Masala-Gobi

Ingredients...
Cauliflower florets - 2 cups
Onion - sliced 1 cup
tomato - chopped 1 cup
Coconut - grinded to paste 1/2 cup
Oil, chillypowder, turmeric powder, coriander & cumin powder
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Salt to taste and water as required

Method : Heat Oil in kadai, saute onion to golden brown, add cauliflower and saute again. Add salt and turmeric powder, little water and close with a lid until soft cooked. Now add chopped tomatoes, sprinkle chilly powder, coriander powder and cumin powder and add 1/2 glass of water mix well and close with lid for 3 mins until cooked. Now stir well, add grinded coconut to it and mix well. Check for consistency and add water if required. Remove from gas, top up with Kasuri methi leaves and serve hot with required main dish. Your Masala-Gobi is ready to serve....This goes yummy with Peas Pulav, Poori, etc...
