Sago Vadai

Javarasi vadai recipe :

Ingredients :
Javarisi/Sabhudhana - 1 cup
Potato - 1
Onion - 1 (optional)
Chilli powder
Garam masala powder - optional
rice flour - small amount

Soak Javarisi for 2 hours in hot water. After 2 hours rinse in cold water and take out all the water. Grate the potato and squeeze potato juice from it and mix it with Javarisi. Add oinon, chilli powder, Garam masala powder, salt, rice flour. Mix it well. put in oil and deep fry like vadai.  Salt, chilli powder and garam masala for your taste .
