Gobi Manchurian

Chef's Style Gobi Manchurian....

Take Florets of Gobi, add chilly powder, salt, corn flour, rice flour, and pinch of colour powder and mix well in the florets.. sprinkle water and mix well... Deep fry in oil and keep aside...

In a chinese wok, add oil, add finely chopped onion, garlic and green chilly and fry well.. add Soy sauce for 3 to 4 tsp and mix well in high flame... Keep ready 2 or 3 tsp of corn flour mixed in water... Now add fried florets of gobi and mix well.. Add salt to taste... now add the corn-flour and saute in high flame and make it to the texture as desired... 

Remember : This should be done in high flame all over, only then you can get the texture and the flavour of the Chef's style as served in Hotels....
