2. Noodles : Boil noodles and strain it. While making dosa, top it with little noodles and cover it with a lid. Yummy noodles dosa ready.
3. Curd rice : Dry roast ½ cup saboodana(jevvarisi) and soak it in hot water for 10 – 15 Mins. Mix it with curd rice.
4. White urad dhal sundal : Soak urad dhal in water for 8 hours. Steam cook like idly and temper mustard, green chilly, channa dhal and add grated coconut.
5. Poli : If the poornam turns out little watery, add rusk or bread crumbs to it.
