Today's Recipe 23/11/2015. I am to post a recipe made of Soya Chunks which is called SOYA KHAIMA.... This would be a best accompliment to Roti / Naan / Chappathi / Poori, etc....This has rich in protiens and good for growing childrens and would love to eat more food.....!!!!
Take 7 to 10 pieces of Soya Chunks, bring to boil in Hot water. Once cooked, squeeze out water and make it coarse grind in a mixie, so that it is broken to pieces. Just a whip would be suffice. Finely chop 3 nos of onion and 3 nos of tomato & keep aside. Grate Ginger and Garlic pods to fine pieces. Slit 2 green chillies and keep aside. Other ingredients would be, Curry leaves, Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing, Turmeric, Chilly, Coriander, Jeera & Garam Masala Powders. Keep ready 5 spoons of Fresh Cream. Also salt and water to requirement.
In a Wok, add onion and saute till golden brown. Add crushed ginger and garlic and bring to fine mash. Add tomatoes and let it cook for 3 mins. Use masher to mash those tomatoes and onion to a fine mash. Now add all the powders and mix well. Add required water for thick gravy consistency. Now add the grinded Soya Chunks and salt as per requirement and mix well. See the level of consistency, if required add water. Saute for 2 mins in high flame and remove from stove. Now top up with Fresh Cream and Finely chopped Coriander leaves and serve hot with your dish.
