Sweet Corn Capsicum Gravy

Boil sweet corn with half salt ...heat oil in a pan put jeera seeds when splutters add onion (3/4) cup fry till golden brown add ginger garlic chilly paste (1 tsp) fry till raw smell goes off ... Then add finely chopped tomatoes (3/4 cup) add salt and turmeric powder. When the tomato gets half cooked add 1 tsp dhaniya powder 1 tsp chilli powder and 1/4 garam masala and 1/4 tsp jeera powder... Cook well until leaks then add 1 cup capsicum ( any CLR) after the capsicum cooked add corns .... Cook in medium flame until all mixes well.... Finally add 1/2 cup of water and allow it to boil.when the gravy consistency reached switch off flame and add coriander leaves.
