5. Takkali satham @ Tomato Rice : 
Oru vanliyil konjam nallennai ootri kainthathum kadugu, perungayam, kadalai paruppu, 4 kanja milagai, karuvepilai, pottu varuthu podiyaga narukkiya 3 vengayam, pottu vadangiyathum podiyaga narukkiya 4 thakkali pottu colourukkaga oru spoon kashmiri milagai podi pottu nandraga vathakki, thevaiyana satham pottu, alavana uppu pottu kilari irrakkinal arumaiyana suvaiyana thakkali satham ready

6. Vegetable Satham @ Vegetable Rice :  
Oru pathirathil konjam thanni ootri athil konjam carrot, potato., beans, podiyaga narukki pottu athanudan konjam pachai pattani serthu nandraga alambi vadikattavum.  Oru vanliyil konjam ennai ootri kadugu, ulunthu, perungayam, karuvepilai thalithu vadikattiya kaigalai pottu kilari mudi 10 nimidam vega vidavum.  Piragu mudi thiranthu athil thevaiyana uppu, karipodi serthu kilari athil thevaiyana alavu satham Serthu uppu pottu nandraga kilari irrakkinal suvaiyana vegetable rice ready.

7. Karuvepilai satham @ Curry Leaves Rice : 
2 kai pidi karuvepilai nandraga alambi ulara vaikkavum.  Oru kadayil Konjam ennai ootri 5 milagai , konjam uluntham paruppu, goligundu alavu puli, ularntha karuvepilai, konjam thengai thuruval pottu varuthu ariyavudan nandraga araithu kollavum.  Kadayil konjam nallennai ootri kadugu, kadalai paruppu, perungayam, cashew Varuthu araitha karuvepilai serthu nandraga vathakkavum.  Athanudan thevaiyana alavu satham (satham seerga samba arisi nallayiruklum) pottu thevaiyana uppu serthu kalamthal karuvepilai satham ready.

8. Pudina kothumalli satham @ Mint-Coriander Rice.
Arai kattu puthina and oru kattu kothumalli eduthu sutham seithu mixiyil pottu athanudan 5 chinna vengayam, 5 Green chilly, oru chinna thundu inji, 2 pal poondu, konjam thengai thuruval pottu arraithu kollavum.  Oru vanaliyil konjam nallennai ootri kadugu, perungayam, kadalai paruppu., cashew, karuvepilai thalithu araitha pudina kothumalli pottu pachai vasanai poga nandraga vathakki athil pothumana satham serthu uppu pottu kilarinal suvaiyana pudina kothumalli satham ready.

9. Thayir satham @ Curd Rice.  
Arai litter kaichi ariya pal, oru cup pulikatha ketti thayir kalanthu, thevaiyana satham pottu kadugu ulunthu, perungayam, podiyaga narukkiya pachai milagai thalithu thevaiyana uppu pottu kalanthu podiyaga narukkiya kothumalli pottal suvaiyana thayir satham ready.

10. Dal rice @ Paruppu Satham
