Stuffed Brinjal
For stuffing
Brinjal 1/2 kg
Roast and grind
Coriander 4spoon
Jeera1spoon
Gram dal 1spoon
Thoor dal 1spoon
Fried gram 1spoon
3flakes garlic
6red chilli
Little coconut
Salt
Method
Slit brinjal stuff grind powder into brinjal
heat pan add oil musterd add brinjal keep it in a low flame & cover
Cook till tender
Garnish with coriander leaves
