Moong dall-150 gms
Ginger- 1/4 pinch
Pepper
Jeera
Cashewnut
Ghee
Samai arisi- 1/4 kg
Preparation Method :
Soak rice for 30 mts and add moongdall and salt and add 3-4 cups of water and cook well. Then u may grind Ginger pepper Jeera and keep it aside. in a pan put some Ghee and roast cashew grinded powder, little bit asaefoedita and curry leaves and put in pongal. Now the yummy pongal ready. It is a traditional recipe and good for health too.
