Ingredients : 
1/2 cup - yogurt
1tbspn - ginger & garlic crushed
1tspn - ajwain (omam)
1-2 tspn - kashmiri red chilli powder
(more r less based on ur spice level)
1/4 tspn - turmeric
1tspn - cumin powder
1tspn - coriander powder
1/2 tspn - pepper powder
1 tspn - dry mango powder
1/2 tspn - kasturi meti 
1/2 tspn - garam masala powder
Salt - to taste
1 tbspn oil/ghee/butter - for brushing it
Half lemon - for squeeze
Need some long tooth pics for insert the vegetables & paneer. .

VEGGIES:
Bell peppers - green, yellow & red.(each 1)
Paneer - 200 gms. 
Onion - 1 big
If u r doing more increase the quantities of all the ingredients.

METHOD:
1. Cut the bell peppers, onion & paneer in a square shape.
2. In a bowl pour yogurt & put all the powders g & g paste, lemon juice mix all the ingredients with wisk r any spoon but blend it properly.
3. Now divide this into two bowl.
4. Put veggies in one bowl & paneer in another. As shown in the below pics...
5. Mix this with ur hand properly be'cz the curd has to coat evenly in all the veggies & while u dealing with paneer carefully not to break it...
6. Marinate it for whole nit then ly the paneer & veggies absorb everything & while u take a bit v can enjoy the full taste..
7. The next day take it out and keep aside for 15 mintz and arrange it in a long tooth pick. Start frm paneer, bell peppers, onion then again paneer...
8. After finished arranging then brush it with oil, ghee, butter r olive oil. I used olive oil.
9. Finally keep this in griller for around 10-15 minutes..... Enjoy your hot tikkes with any sauce ....
