Tamarind Poha

Jada Poha- 3 cups( wash it and strain it)
Tamarind- lemon size( soak it in hot water)
Mustard seeds- 1 TSP
URAD dal- 1 TSP
Chana dal - 1 TSP
Ginger- 1 small piece( chopped)
Green chillies - 2 to 3 
Red chilli- one 
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves for garnishing
TIL oil- 3 tbs
Salt - 1 TSP 
Roasted peanuts- 1 TSP
Haldi- half TSP

Preparation Method:-
Heat oil in a frying pan heat the oil, put mustard seeds and when they splutter add URAD , chana dal , green chillies, red chillies, ginger, roasted peanuts, curry leaves and fry it, now squeeze the pulp from tamarind and pour it and add one cup of water, add haldi, HING powder and salt, boil it for 5 to 7 minutes, u can add little bit of JAGGERY also. Now add the soaked Poha and Mix it thoroughly till dry.  You can garnish with coriander leaves and have.  It like that only or have some chutney as side dish. Your tamarind Poha is ready....
