Keerais fresh from my garden....
1) thandu..malabar spinach..spinach...chakramuni( this keerai is called as vitamin keerai)
2) cheru paruppu oru pidi..fried till pink
3) tuver dal oru pidi
4) aloo ( optional) skin peeled..washed n cut into cubes
5) coconut scrapped
6) for garnishing mustard.. Perungayam..turmeric..red chilly whole..urd dal..
Method!!!!
Clean..cut..wash and cook together with aloo adding salt.  Cook both the dal together.  Now mix cooked keerai..dal together and cook well...add scrapped coconut..Take a kadai add a spn of coconut oil add mustard when it splutters add perungayam.turmeric..urd dal and red chilly whole made into piecez..cook for a second and put off the Stove.  This can be eaten with rotis..dosa or with rice also.best to eat with ragi ball (ragi muddey).  While garnishing one can add onion n garlic.. Optional.....  Highly nutricious n fibrous and can be digested even by small children..
