Ingredients : 
Raw rice-2cups
Urad.dal-1/4 cup
moong dal 1/4 cup
g.chiilies 10..
ginger small piece


Preparation Method :- Soak all the dals with rice for 6 hrs.grind it to a smooth batter like idli consistency.  Allow it to ferment for 4-6 hrs.grind chillies ginger cumin pepper coarsely.  Add to the batter along with finely cut onions.  Add coriander leaves and salt..fry in aapam chetty with sufficient oil..serve hot with chutney..
