Rava, Fruits Veg Delight

Ingredients : 
Samba wheat rava 500 grams, 
Sugar 750 grams,
Ghee 250 grams, 
orange juice 1 cup, 
pomegranate juice half cup,
carrot juice half cup. 
Cashews 15 nos. 

Preparation : Soak samba rava for 1 hour. Grind to a fine paste adding water. Take a sieve, and press the paste and extract milk. Add some more water and grind again to take some more milk. Make sugar syrup to 1 string consistency and add the wheat rava milk and stir continuously adding melted ghee generously. When half done add carrot and pomegranate juices and stir till they blend well. When the mixture leave the sides switch off the stove. Roast the cashews in ghee and add. When warm add orange juice and mix well.
